Umbrella's design doesn't hype me very much but if she had water powers that would be super cool. Speculation has been made that Umbrella may have water/hydro based powers/abilities this is nothing but conjecture right now but I hope it turns out true. I stress that a lot of the info on the Wiki is speculation and may change between now and whenever the characters are officially made/revealed. They have been described as early DLC characters. All we know, or think we know, right now about Umbrella and Squigly (one of the coolest/best designs IMO) is on the Shoryuken Wiki. I don't think I need to spend much time talking about them.
